Shipping Rates and Special Considerations at Nova Logistics
If your package weight falls between weight categories, the applicable rate will be determined accordingly. Please be aware that when shipping fragile items or televisions, you are doing so at your own risk. It's important to note that our warehouse policy does not include checking televisions for damage upon arrival. However, we provide an option for special wrapping and checking TV units at an additional cost, ensuring extra care.
All invoices must be submitted before packages arrive in Jamaica for clearance. Failure to submit a complete invoice may result in the package being left uncleared until the necessary documentation is provided. Should a package be left uncleared, an administrative fee of $1000 JMD per trip will be applied for additional services provided.

Note One of Our warehouse policies is that we don’t check television so we wouldn’t know if it came damage or not from the carrier we have an address that if you request special wrapping and for tv to be checked at cost.
